The recently acquired brand, The Body Shop, has reported to be preparing to sell a major portion of its European business and a portion of its Asian business. An estimated 14% of physical and digital channels are planned to be sold.

According to The Body Shop, the sale will not affect the brands operations in the UK market.

Earlier last year, former brand owner Natura & Co made a deal to sell The Body Shop to the Aurelius Group.

No details were shared regarding the company that will take over the Europe and Asia portions of the business.
